RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE Online Shop wants to guarantee its customers maximum satisfaction during the Shopping Experience. If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his order and the delivered products are qualitatively not compliant with the requirements, the Customer can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The Right of Withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.

COST OF RETURN SHIPPING

You can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE

Products purchased online can be returned to NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE stores.

HOW TO RETURN

To submit the return request, log into your account and go to "My orders". Select the order you wish to return by clicking on "View details". At the bottom right you will find the item "Returns and refunds": then proceed by clicking on the "Make a return request" button. Attention this button is activated only after 48 working hours from the receipt of the order!

Then select the items you want to return by checking the box. Important: enter in a single request all the items you wish to return, with the relative motivation. Make sure you have entered them all before proceeding with the confirmation.

The items must arrive with a tag indicating the bar code and any material that is part of the package.

Returns can only be shipped from the country where the order was placed. It is also not possible to change the pickup address. Please note that return shipments in "freight collect" are not accepted by NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE .

Only items returned according to the instructions will be refunded. If the return does not meet the conditions listed below, the package will be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT: the return request is instantaneous, so we ask you to submit it only after verifying that you are available for the courier to collect the return package in the next 24/48 hours.

You won't have to worry about attaching any labels to the package!

HEADS

Items must be returned with a bar-coded tag and in their original packaging. We also want to specify that, according to the provisions of article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Therefore no items will be returned that have been damaged and / or deteriorated. All accessories such as certificates of authenticity, dust bags and tags must also be included in the return package. Send a message to numerotreboutique@gmail.com if one of the items received does not have packaging accessories.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories such as belts, brooches, charms must be included in the return. Send a message to numerotreboutique@gmail.com if one of the items received does not have the accessories purchased with the garment.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive a defective or damaged item or if the garment has production defects, you must immediately notify us by writing to the email numerotreboutique@gmail.com.
Items damaged due to wear or tear will not be considered defective.

No size or color substitutions are made.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer who makes the return must insert the goods in the original packaging, if it is damaged, he can use a box of the same size and strength, and close it carefully with tape.

NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times. Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

The Customer can choose a courier other than the reference one and send the goods to our warehouse, subject to the authorization of the Customer Service:

Please note that return shipments by courier other than the reference one must be paid directly by the Customer and it is in any case necessary to send an email to NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE Customer Service by writing to numerotreboutique@gmail.com indicating the order number, the items to be returned, the quantities and the reason for the return. It is also advisable to choose a traceable type of shipment as NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE is not responsible for any theft or loss.

REFUNDS

After receiving the return, our warehouse will carry out all the checks to verify that the procedure and conditions have been respected. The Customer will then receive an email confirming acceptance and refund.

Our bank will credit your credit card or PayPal for the full amount of the returned goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the package arrives at the NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE headquarters.

In the case of a gift, if the order was paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made on the original transaction and therefore on the account of the person who made the payment. For security reasons we are not authorized to refund to a different account.

Credit card : our bank will make the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. The time required to view the reimbursement may vary and depend on the institution that issued the card.

Paypal : the refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods on the Customer's personal account.

Cash on delivery: the bank will make the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods on the bank account of the customer who made the payment.

NUMEROTREBOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set period or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
